The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Nv200. The contact stated that the climate control mode failed to defrost the windows. Approximately 3 years after the first failure, the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer at the first failure, and it was determined that the heater box had failed. The heater box and climate control bracket were replaced. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer for a second diagnostic test or repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and a case was opened. The approximate failure mileage was 10,000.
