Vehicle hood released due to bad release design and possible defect causing major damages. The hood release and gas release are next to each other like in the 2013 altima and the safety catch sticks overtime leaving an unsafe condition.

Tl-the contact owns a 2015 Nissan Nv200. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, if the wind blew to hard the vehicle veered from left to right without warning. The contact observed that there was a hole in the floor board of the front driver's side of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired.
