The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who informed him of recall 07v435000 (fuel system, gasoline: storage: tank assembly: filler pipe and cap). The vehicle was inspected and the dealer stated that it was fine. The vehicle began spilling fuel and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer for the recall repair. The dealer stated that the repair could not be performed because the vehicle had been inspected. The contact stated that the recall stated that the part should be replaced, not only inspected. The failure mileage was 123,000 and the current mileage was 125,000.
