The contact owns a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated while parked in the driveway, the key fob were left in the cupholder and the contact went to unlock the vehicle and all the doors locked. The police was called to unlock the doors. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where they replaced the battery and the key fob. After the battery and key fob been replaced the issue reoccurred again when the contacts wife had left the key fob in her purse on the passenger seat. This time their daughter was in the car and luckily she was able to unlock the car from the inside. The contact stated the wife pushed the button to unlock the doors and all the doors locked again instead. The manufacture was made aware of the failure and told the contact that they can not diagnose the problem. The failure mileage is unknown.
