The contact stated that the doors were closed and locked securely; however, the vehicle had been stolen and had been moved several times because it appeared anyone with a compatible key fob to the year, make, and model of the vehicle could unlock or move the vehicle. Additionally, the contact stated that the sunroof would not close properly. The contact stated upon pulling into a gas station and attempting to exit the vehicle, the front driver's side door failed to unlock. The contact stated that she was able to unlock the door 30 minutes later after several attempts. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that no issues were found. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was unavailable.
