The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while her daughter was driving at an unknown speed, when she heard an abnormal noise. The contact stated that there was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to mcdonough Nissan located at 1775 avalon pkwy, mcdonough, GA 30253, (770) 282-5077, where the vehicle was diagnosed and the contact was informed that the suspension needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of failure. The failure mileage was 71,000.
Strut/shock noise comes in from right front suspension area.
There has been a rubbing noise on the front & rear of the vehicle every time you go over a bump. No matter how small a bump. It feels like the suspension or shocks are rubbing. This has been happening since we purchased the vehicle new.
