Upon investigation, the contact discovered NHTSA campaign number: 22v024000 (electrical system) which she linked to her failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed her that the vehicle was not included in the recall. The contact was referred to the NHTSA for further assistance. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 46,000.
