Doors Lock problems of the 2016 Nissan Rogue

The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that the doors failed to unlock with the key fob. The contact was unable to exit the vehicle. The key failed to fold into the key holder and stayed opened. The contact had to use the interior button to open the doors. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer and was repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 23v093000 (electrical system) but failed to prevent the failure. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000.
