My 2019 Nissan Rogue is just under 100k miles and started bucking back and forth while in nyc and stalled. Radiator fan stopped working and sends signal the vehicle it is overheating needs to be replaced and thermostat and hoses.
The fuel temperature sensor is faulty. The car is no longer under warranty but is only 31k miles, the fuel temperature sensor can be purchased by itself so the entire fuel pump has to be replaced and they’re very expensive. I know this is a common problem with this temperature sensor. Also the electronic emergency button stopped working about 2 years ago.
Car would not accelerate and stopped in mid traffic this has continued to happen and nissian takes no responsibility. After the car goes to the shop the same things happen to it again they never fix the issue.
The door latch for the fuel does not open when pushing the button for the fuel, I have been stalled on multiple occasions stuck sitting waiting for the latch to finally open. The last time I pulled into a dealership in conroe texas they said the soleniod valve was broken and I would have to pop off something on the inside to access the lid to get it to open. I bought this SUV April 25, 2023 and have had issues for at least the last 6 months and told different things - this latest is to google or you tube the issue. I myself feel like it is a safty hazard never knowing when the door will open.
Engine light came on , checked condition with reader. Error code p0181 was displayed. Fuel temp sensor is a problem.
At 19000 miles my 2019 Rogue sport stopped registering my gas level electronically. At the same time I started having random sudden flashes if bright light from the electronic dash lasting for a couple of seconds. I also started experiencing random issues with the climate control and entertainment controller. Both will at times just start adjusting themselves and randomly turning themselves on and off. Went to local dealership and was told that there were no issues they could find. Was told however that per a Nissan service bulletin that as far as the gas reading I am not following appropriate fueling and I need to burn more fuel before I fill up. Funny that I have had no issues in the year and a half that I have car yet I have not changed my fueling routine. Was told I was on my own when it came to the other issues as they could not make a diagnosis. I also find it funny that they have a service bulletin for what the state is my fault. This bulletin shows me that others are experiencing the same thing. Appears they would rather wait for my warranty to expire so it will be more profitable for them.
I purchased a Nissan Rogue sv awd on July 17,2019. While driving between 10-20 mph I noticed the car would sporadically decide not to accelerate at all . I would floor the gas and the rpm gauge would not register nor would the car accelerate . This also occurred while coasting through ez pass tolls on the garden state parkway! imagine being in the left or middle lane and unable to accelerate on highways from 20 mph ! it also occurred while pulling onto highways and driving roundabouts . No lights on dashboard indicate what was going on . I called Nissan on September 20,2019 and took the earliest appt September 23,2019. I was first told that after they drive my car ten miles they couldn't replicate what occurred so I could take it home . I refused and said that was unacceptable as the car was dangerous. I told them to keep it and find out what was wrong. They called late that afternoon and said they found I needed a stop lamp switch . I was told that the car thought I was braking and would not let me accelerate. I said that's dangerous and outrageous! they said the lame switch had intermittent internal failure . When I asked ( after researching it) that thecar might need to be reprogrammed? they said no . My car is brand new and under warranty. This situation should never occur it can cause serious injuries to all . Please issue a recall regarding this ! the car was givenback to me on September 25. 2019. I'm worried about my safety while driving it .
