6 Air Bag problem

Failure Date: 12/16/2023

I purchase the vehicle at 58,000 or so miles, used at a dealership. The next day I returned the vehicle because while driving out of town, the vehicle said: warning, warning -- this vehicle is not safe to drive. Some components may not operator correctly. Do not drive this vehicle. This happens when you're on the highway above 50 miles per hour. There was a smoke smell also inside the car and outside. Dealership said it was the breaks and kept the car 45 minutes to repair the breaks. They said this vehicle was never in an accident and past MD inspection but the last page said, vehicle failed. They never explained why it failed inspection the first time. The dealership cannot fix it and ignores me mostly. They said its a sensor issue, a settings feature issue and to bring in the vehicle to reset the settings. The dealership said in so many unspoken words, its your problem. Ive had the vehicle about 2 weeks now.

The airbag indicator light went on a couple months ago and they fixed it but said that a rolling water bottle under the driver's seat caused the airbags to get unplugged.
