general problems of the 2020 Nissan Rogue

In researching this online, I found other people that have Nissan Rogues that have also had a problem with the driver's seat being loose and/or moving a bit. After they investigated, they offered to pay 70% of the replacement cost. At first, I agreed but after rethinking it, I don't think I should have to pay over $400 to fix a problem that I didn't cause. There was no warning light. Driver’s seat failed at the weld. It was squeaking and sliding back and forth a fraction of an inch at starts and stops.
