One problem related to battery propulsion system has been reported for the 2023 Nissan Rogue. The most recently reported issues are listed below. Please also check out the statistics and reliability analysis of the 2023 Nissan Rogue based on all problems reported for the 2023 Rogue.
Engine seizure & propulsion loss: while driving in heavy, fast-moving traffic, the vehicle suffered a sudden, total engine seizure with zero warning lights or limp-mode transition, resulting in an immediate loss of power and narrowly avoiding a multi-car high-speed collision. This follows a prior turbo line issue and a complete engine replacement. Phantom automatic emergency braking (aeb): the vehicle's collision avoidance system frequently and unprompted slams on the brakes violently while traveling at highway speeds when no obstacles exist, creating severe rear-end crash risks from trailing vehicles. Electrical/electrical system: the central infotainment screen continuously resets, the radio locks in the "on" position, and the vehicle suffers chronic no-start battery drains. Service record falsification: authorized dealerships are covering up these major issues by performing complete engine swaps and ecm reprogramming, yet fraudulently documenting the work on customer invoices as minor checks (e. G. , "engine checked") to mask defect trends. This vehicle is a severe public safety hazard and requires an immediate federal investigation and recall.
