The contact stated that the vehicle was driven to the residence; however, while the vehicle was parked there was blue smoke coming from the tailpipe. While driving approximately 30 mph, the engine overheated. The vehicle was pulled over to the side of the road and the heater was turned on for approximately three minutes. The vehicle was then towed to a dealer where it was determined that the engine needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 80,000.
