Interior Panels Sun Visor problems of the 2024 Nissan Rogue

The contact owns a 2024 Nissan Rogue. While driving approximately 45 mph, the contact’s eyes started burning, then the contact had a headache and muscle aches. The contact started feeling nauseous. The contact stated that the issue occurred every time the vehicle was driven. The contact was concerned that the air coming from the ac vents was causing the issues. Medical attention was sought twice, and the contact was diagnosed with undisclosed respiratory issues and was prescribed antibiotics, eye drops for a week, and cough medicine. The contact also missed work for a week while recovering. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that there was water in the sun visors, and that the sun visors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the strong abnormal odor returned.
