Seat Broken problem #1

The back metal frame that connects to the driver front seat is broken. The seat is not stable because when you drive it it goes to the back by itself. It is very dangerous to drive it like that. I just bought this car last January.

Mid/rear Seats Assembly problem #2

Drivers seat detaches from sliding rail or bolt in floorboard seat mechanism in the foward and possibly other, positions. To correct failure I slid seat bottom back and then foward into a different position and it secures until the seat is moved again.
