Transmission Fluid Leaking problems of the 2007 Nissan Sentra

Transmission; I have had to change the cvt transmission on my Nissan Sentra twice in the space of a year. Before the last change I suffered a transmission leak that entailed me adding fluid when a whining noise starts. Steering; power steering is hard and does not move with ease unlike other cars I have driven. Speedometer; speed is inaccurate. I got speeding tickets because my speedometer did not accurately depict my speed. It was wrong and off by ~5 mph when speed started to exceed 20mph.

When I purchased my 2007 Nissan Sentra I heard a ticking sound under the vehicle took it to the dealer once they said it was normal. It got worse took it again they said nothing was wrong. Now I found out that both of the front axles are leaking grease everywhere only its been awhile now my vehicle is no longer under warranty. What this has caused is the vehicle to shake and the motor mount to crack. Also the brake master cylinder was recalled they replaced it and it is leaking bad one day my brakes failed almost causing an accident had to add brake fluid leaks out every week.
