Even when he grabs the window in an attempt to keep it from going up, it continues to move upwards. The contact stated that the window will only stop when he strikes it hard. The VIN is unknown. After rolling down the drivers side window it would only roll up half way, this has happened 3 times since buying my 06 Titan 03/31/06. Finally the dealership said the would have to order a part.
