I can't read the vehicle information screen while driving in daylight brighter than heavy overcast. This is without sunglasses. Adding sunglasses makes it worse. I must lean forward and shield the screen, and then squint to read the data displayed. I know one should pull off the road when a warning chime and message appear, but you know how human nature is. Nissan says it is not a problem. It is for me.
The vehicle information display screen (located to the left of the speedometer) when set to its brightest (highest) setting is too dim to read, while setting upright behind the steering wheel, during normal daylight hours. Viewing this screen during nighttime driving is okay. Nissan was contacted and I was told that the vids was working as designed and can not be made any brighter, to be viewed during daylight hours. This is a safety hazard, as the information displayed on the vid screen may alert the driver of possible vehicle malfunctions.
Poor visibility nite time driving, lights do not project far enough.
