The vehicle was repaired however the failure recurred. The failure mileage was 23,000. While driving 25 mph making a left turn the steering wheel jerked and drove into a snowbank. Without warning there was an abnormal popping noise detected. The vehicle was towed to formula Nissan 1504 us-302, barre, vt 05641 (802) 479-2277 but was not diagnosed or repaired that the manufacturer was contacted who sent an investigator who stated the failure was due to an outside source.
