These units are being sold at various retailers and deceptively marketed. I purchased one with the warning label defaced. To be transparent I purchased the same item, through that specific vendor on ebay. I did capture the listing before they added the disclaimer. Ultimately they refunded the purchase and I sent the item back. The photos explicitly omit the "warning" that has large print ultracapacitor and small print, "follow this link to the the actual warning" going further the manufacturer went as far as to post a video of an employee throwing the battery, showing that it is completely safe and instructs the viewer to hit up a distributor and go buy one now.
