The contact owned a 2009 Nissan Versa. The contact stated that while driving 33 mph, another vehicle traveling approximately 60 mph crashed into her vehicle head on. As a result, the rear passenger seat became unbolted from the floor and the seat belt sliced through the passenger seated in that seat. The driver also suffered serious injuries. The driver and passenger were taken to a hospital to treat their serious injuries. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to an insurance lot.
