My Nissan started leaking air out of the tires. . . . All 4 of them. My son-in-law filled them up to the correct pressure and in a day or two they would be down 4,5, or sometimes 8 lbs. This went on for months until I took it back to the dealership. They said there were no recalls on it. (I asked). They did plug one tire because it had a nail in it, but the other three they said "were just fine". They added pressure to the tires, I paid them and away I went. Two days later when I got in the car, the tire pressure light was on again. Took it back down to my- son-in-law, he looked at it and the pressure was down 6 lbs. In each tire. Went out and bought 4 new tires two days ago. My friend who has a Versa bought new tires, but it didn't solve her (same) problem. Holding my breath and hoping mine will be ok. Why didn't the dealer know of the defect in the tire pressure valve,or were they playing stupid because I was a woman?.
