general problems of the 2015 Nissan Versa Note

The contact's brother rented a 2015 Nissan Versa Note through turo. The contact stated that while her brother was driving at approximately 15 mph in a tunnel, the transmission was slipping, the brake pedal was depressed to the floorboard, and the vehicle unexpectedly rolled backwards while on an incline. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The renter contacted the company, which stated that it was normal for the engine light to be illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was unknown. The VIN was not available.

This car since we bought al those part need to replace, for aproxima 6 months park in the garages, ours friend keeps state ting the transmission was not working all year 2019 towing at least 3 times. .

2015 Nissan Versa Note hesitant when taking off. Trouble switching gears. Late shift time. Been multiple times when turning out of a neighborhood or at a light that my car would hesitate and I've almost been hit. I'm guessing it's the transmission. Most of my driving is in town. I'm worried that one day its going to hesitate with my kids in the car or by myself and I will get hit.

With the vehicle in motion and no warning lights on, all electronics shut down except for the turning indicators, along with the engine. Accelerator no longer functioned nor did the break assist. After pulling over and turning the car off, it would not start again through turning the key ignition. The car remained in that state until I shook battery cables (which were not loose and maintained full contact both before and after shaking). Afterwards, the car started as usual with no warning lights. This has happened three times now, all instances ending in the car power shutting down.

My car will randomly shut down while driving when it gets too hot. The steering locks up, all the lights come on in the car (engine light etc. ) and I can't drive. It starts working again when I turn it off and turn it back on. I already took it to the dealership but it has done it since I've taken it. It has done it while driving on both the freeway and city streets.
