The break peddle will sink on its own. It has done this at a complete stop with the car off, on the highway, on city streets, in corners. It goes off seemingly at random. The failure mileage was 11,500. The VIN was not available.
When I step on the brake pedal for a street light or anywhere I need to use the break, my car makes a noise similar to a loose fan, and once I release the brake the noise stops.
