I was driving in stop abs ho traffic and the car cut off out if no where. The car jerks when you drive it and stalls. It seems like it requires a lot of work to accelerate and the rpm fluctuates between 2&3 when keeping a steady pace. The care bucks while you are driving. I just bought this car so these issues are alarming to me. It also looks as if the airbag on the top left might be exposed.

The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Versa Note. The contact stated upon starting the vehicle, the check engine warning light and the brake warning light illuminated. The contact also stated she noticed water under the front passenger seat. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the cowl drain was clogged and was causing water retention. The dealer also advised the contact that the failure had led to an electrical issue. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 71,000.

The floor mat of the driver side has two (2)plastics hooks to hold the mat in place. If the hooks are broken or missing the mat slice of the accelerator and brake paddle. If the mat is on top or bottom of the paddle, it interferes with the brake or accelerator. These are two (2) plastic hooks. I called the dealer and Nissan does not offer these parts, the plastics hooks. The only offer the whole carpet with the hooks for $500 plus. This is absurd. This means that I need to pay $500 for two plastics hooks. Remember if this hooks are not holding the mat an incident can occur. In my opinion, this is a safety issue. Nissan should have this parts available or provide parts more durable, no plastic parts.

Car floors--right, left, front and rear were mysteriously flooded with a substantial amount of water. Vehicle had been parked in flat driveway, all windows shut, and upon driving a couple blocks from home and pulling to a stop sign on a downward sloping street, water rushed forward on the floor of the car. Car was last driven 2 weeks prior to get inspected and subsequently there had been a few days with heavy rains. Where the water came in I don't know. Used shop-vac to suck out tons of water but moisture still remains on floors when pressed with paper towels. Also, different lights were lit on dash when I put the air on while parked to help dry out carpet--the abs and the car skidding lights. Makes me suspect electrical system was affected by water also. Will call mechanic and insurance company first thing tomorrow (Monday).

Speed control is way off doors won't stay closed back hatch unlatched on it's own full cooling fan went out stationary and in motion highway and town streets.

I hit a large dog while running 55. . . My �safe� airbags never came out. The front end, bumper, bumper cover, grille, lights and water pump all had to be replaced.

The design of the windshield to the doors is hazardous as it limits visibility. Also the back is limited as well. I was broadsided or sideswiped and it was not my fault yet the way they wrote the report put me at fault.

In addition, the dealer maus Nissan (3939 us-19, new port richey, FL 34652, (727) 478-4234) had serviced the vehicle several times but had not determined a permanent solution to prevent the rust and the steering components failing which may need to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, provided no solution so the contact was uncertain as to if a steering failure may happen without a remedy from the dealer and the manufacturer. Parked my car, as I was walking around to the passenger side heard a "click" noise and my windshield cracked. Nothing hit my windshield, it just cracked. The crack is located on the passenger side from the lower corner and goes up all the way to the center of the windshield.

The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Versa Note. As soon as the vehicle was purchased, a strong odor was present. The dealer diagnosed that the strong odor was mold. The contact became sick and vomited due to the odor. The manufacturer was notified of the issue. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was invalid. The approximate failure mileage was 15,000.

Very thin clear coat and paint leading to rust. There are multiple spots on our vehicle where, while having the vehicle serviced at the dealership or in daily driving, that the clear/color and primer coats have been compromised with minor events. The hinges that hold the doors are painted with the same primer and color coat and a less buffed or possibly not covered in a clear coat. Practical thinking is that it is likely, not just plausible, that the paint has been or will be compromised in these places leading to failure causing distraction, injury or death.

While using the air conditioning compressor (a/c, defroster) the car while at a stop, or while driving at slow speeds under 10 m. P. H. Will cause the car to surge forward unexpectedly. I can have my foot firmly pressing the brake pedal down, and can feel the vehicle struggling to move forward against me. Anyone with size 10 shoe and above (men) foot becomes trapped in accelerator area. Cruise control constantly fails to hold proper speeds, and varies from 10 mph + or - above intended speed while on a flat non incline surface.
