Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2000 Nissan Xterra

Upon having an accident at an intersection causing several thousands of dollars in front end damage, the air bags failed to deploy.

While driving 65 mph driver applied the brakes to slow down the speed and consumer lost control, causing the vehicle to hit a guard rail and role three times. Vehicle landed upside down. Upon impact, the airbag did not deploy. Driver sustained minor injuries.

2000 Nissan Xterra involved in a frontal crash. Airbags did not deploy. Firemen at the scene could not even make either bag deploy manually.

Involved in vehicle accident. Xterra was stopped, and hit from behind at 40 mph. It then hit the vehicle in front of it. Airbag did not deploy. Vehicle wsa totalled, I was injured.

I rear-ended a Ford f-350 at approx 30 mph. Neither of my airbags deployed. I have called peterson's body shop, on a daily basis, where my vehicle is being repaired. The body shop guy said there was a "short" in the wiring harnass which made the check light not work and the airbags not deploy. I feel that no one will take responsibility for the resulting failure of my airbags because I was not injured. I have contacted Nissan. I spoke with jeff, my file # is 3654343 at 1-800-nissan1. I have also contacted tim dahle Nissan of sandy, where I leased the vehicle. Also there isn't a part number on the faulty wiring harnass that has delayed the repair of my vehicle from the accident on December 6,2001. I thank you for any information you can give me. I am concerned that the air bag did not deploy upon impact of the other vehicle. This was a frontal collision for me and a side impact for the other vehicle. My front bumper and front end was badly damaged to a point where my air bags should have deployed, this also what the office on the scene had indicated.

While standing behind another vehicle was rear ended. Front hood was smashed to half way. Upon impact, air bags did not deploy.

While driving 30mph rearended another vehicle and airbags didnot deploy. Please add VIN.
