One problem related to front seat belt has been reported for the 1997 Oldsmobile 88. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Due to the design and the improper installment of the passenger's side seat belt, the receptacle is stabbing the passenger's side occupant in the back, making it impossible to seat an occupant in the passenger's side seat. Dealer refused to correct the problem.
