One problem related to seat belt has been reported for the 1999 Oldsmobile 88. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Middle receiving part of the buckle in the middle front seat position sticks up awkwardly, making it impossible to buckle all the front seatbelts up with 3 passengers in the front seat. Also the vehicles middle front seatbelt does not fit around the occupant. Dealer cannot retrofit seatbelts.
