One problem related to seat belt has been reported for the 1996 Oldsmobile Achieva. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Seat belt on the driver's side has been replaced on (3) different occasions, on 11/24/97, 3/12/98 & 6/12/98. When pulling the belt it makes a rattling noise. The same noise is coming from the seat belt system again. Dealer stated noise came from the linkage and alignment rod hitting door.
