Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2004 Oldsmobile Alero

The contact owns a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero. While driving 30 mph, another vehicle crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. The air bags did not deploy and the seat belts failed to lock.
