2 Body problem

Failure Date: 12/13/2013

While driving down a street a car ran a stop sign causing a t-bone collision. My airbags never deployed because of my airbags not deploying I hit my head on the front window pane. If the airbag had deployed I would have never hit the front window causing my two head contusions, sprained neck, and herniated discs.

3 Body problem

Failure Date: 04/07/2006

: the contact stated the driver's seat is not properly secured to the floor. The seat moves back and forth while driving. The dealer replaced the seat riser underneath the seat. This did not remedy the problem. The dealership determined the actual floor of the vehicle was defective. The dealership temporarily fixed this by inserting foam rubber between the seat riser and the floor.
