One problem related to steering rack and pinion has been reported for the 1996 Oldsmobile Aurora. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While traveling less than 5 mph steering wheel failed to control the direction of vehicle. Dealership examined vehicle and determined power steering unit and rack and pinion steering broke free of frame, causing the problem. Please provide any additional information / documentation.
