Two problems related to tank assembly have been reported for the 1996 Oldsmobile Aurora. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving at any speed and with no warning fuel tank had cracked, causing fluid to leak out. Consumer can strongly smell gas fumes inside vehicle. Dealer notified.
Request confirmation that email was received pertaining to the metal collar which rusted and was no longer providing any level of closure to the gas within the tank.
