One problem related to rear axle spindle has been reported for the 2000 Oldsmobile Aurora. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The vehicle's struts and tow spindle are showing premature wear at only 22k miles. The manufacturer stated that this is normal wear for a vehicle that is not driven often. If the spindle failed, the wheel could separate from vehicle while in motion.
