Pe00 020; consumer was traveling about 65mph on the highway and heard a noise. She slowed down vehicle, and it started shaking. She pulled vehicle over, and rear driver's side tire tread had separated. Goodyear, eagle GA touring m/f, p235/60ri6. The tread peeled off completely on a wet pavement at a speed of 65 mph.
