Vehicle cranks but will not start and hesistates on acceleration, this has been a continuing problem since July of 2000, ran drivability and emissions test, found history code b2980, replaced passlock sensor and reporgrammed vehicle, repaired bent pcv valve hose(9/14/00), found TSB 00-06-01-014, crankshaft sensor replaced according to TSB(11/21/00).
