On the 17july 2013, at approximately 4:30pm, I was driving and windshield washers stop working. Please note , the noaa national weather service issued a severe weather flash flood warning.
While wipers are on delay they skip when they are on their downward path not removing all the water, impairing my visibility, when they are on constant they are fine since I bought the vehicle used in 2004.
