The contact owns a 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada. The contact heard a loud noise coming from the muffler. When the vehicle was inspected by a mechanic, he was informed that the transmission mount cross member of the frame was rotted and ready to break loose. The current and failure mileages were 85,000. 2 Structure problem of the 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada

Failure Date: 09/07/2006

: the contact stated while the vehicle was at the car wash in 2003 there was a water leak on the passenger side. The right power window would not rollup or down and this occurred intermittently. The dealership could not duplicate the problem. Two-three weeks ago while trying to get the window to roll down, the engine died suddenly without warning. This was the third time the engine died suddenly. The first was while driving 60 mph on a dry highway. The vehicle was towed to the dealership who could not duplicate the problem. The second time, the vehicle restarted after sitting a short while on the side of the road. The cvcs boots on the front wheels blew and were replaced twice. The headlights were replaced three times.

3 Structure problem of the 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada

Failure Date: 10/07/2004

Intermittently throttle sticks in the up position. Dealership was notified, but did not resolve the problem. The consumer stated that he was driving and the vehicle lost power and the brakes failed. The consumer stated that the container holding the windshield washer fluid allowed the fluid to leak. The container was repaired.

Failure Date: 03/15/2003

Door blew open, 37 mph wind gust, bent door post at upper and lower hinges. Both doors at open position flex door post. Obvious factory defect. Door post not stiff enough. Repair does not fix problem. Doors will fail in future!.

Failure Date: 08/01/2001

The all wheel drive has fallen twice in a year. Also stated that while driving on the snow the all wheel drive failed to respond which it caused an accident dealer was contacted and stated that the problem has been fix so there is nothing to worry about but consumer does not feel safe on the vehicle. Ts dealer checked and reset wheel alignment to specs. Inspected driveline and front end. Consumer also stated vehicle does not have steady idle. Gm currently working on idle concern. Windshield moulding on passenger side coming off and replaced. Brake pedal fades at stop and cluck inside right rear door panel. No problem found. 4x4 light stayed on. 4wd switch replaced.

Interior lights sometimes stay on wont shut off, digital compass, tempature screen wont keep memory--broken fuel pump, leaked gas---driver door will not shut, frame around door latch to crack & break---rear wiper does not move---factory deck sometimes does not work---cd player wont work at all---service engine light stays on---key gets stuck in ignition--automatic door lock does not work---loud knocking sound when turning.
