One problem related to steering anti-theft device has been reported for the 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
When turning the steering wheel towards the right it locked up, causing the consumer to lose control of the vehicle. The problem had gotten worse when making left turns along with a loud noise.
