One problem related to front seat belt has been reported for the 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Due to two previous services for NHTSA recall 00v044000 concerning seat belts dealer will not service a third time. Right rear seat belt will not pull out. Consumer have been driving gm vehicles for 35 years and have never experienced a seat belt failure unrelated to excess wear. This vehicle has had 2 replacement indicates a design flaw or manufacturing problem. Consumer feels this a safety item , should be replaced free of charge with a belt that does not incorporate the flaws that seem to accompany the original design.
