The contact owns a 2002 Oldsmobile Intrigue. While driving approximately 40 mph on normal road conditions, the engine warning indicator illuminated on the instrument panel. The indicator remained lit until the engine oil was dispensed into the reservoir tank. In addition, there was an oil leak around the engine compartment. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for inspection and it was determined that the failure was contributed to the valve cover gasket. The vehicle has not been repaired.
