Front Air Bag Problems of Oldsmobile Intrigue

While driving at 30 mph consumer ran head on into a steel gate, and then hit three trees. Upon impact, none of the air bags deployed. Contacted dealer. Please provide further information.

Car was stopped and waiting to make a left hand turn. Was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer going 50-55 mph. When car was struck, it was pushed across highway and struck guardrail at more than 10 mph, according to witness. Neither front airbag deployed. Possible defect either in system, itself, or in mfg. Process??.

While driving about 30mph in a residential area another vehicle cut in front. Trying to avoid a collision, consumer's vehicle swerved, went off the road, and hit a tree. Upon impact, neither airbags deployed.

Passenger airbag cover came loose, causing noise.

While driving 30 mph and without a collision occurring, driver's and passenger's air bags deployed. Dealer cannot determine the cause.
