On 11/11/2001 I was involved in a automobile crash with my 1999 olds Intrigue. I was wearing my safety restraint properly, upon impact my safety belt didn't lock up and I was thrown into the windshield thus breaking the windshield. The vehicle was a total loss and is now at a salvage pool. Please advise if I need to put a hold on this vehicle going to auction until this problem can be examined further. Sincerely, melanie young.

Consumer had taken vehicle to dealer four times for rear seat belt repairs on passenger's side. Seat belt will not latch, and each time that had taken vehicle to dealer, dealer said that vehicle had been repaired, but still problem exists.
