One problem related to dash wiring has been reported for the 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Problem #1. Electrical harness failure resulted in repeated engine shutdowns without warning while vehicle was in motion. Problem #2 resulted in sudden loss of electrical power to all interior and exterior lamps at night while car was traveling at about 30mph.
