One problem related to front seat belt buckle assembly has been reported for the 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The seat belt for the right side 2nd row passenger seat kep tightening up on the passenger leading to releasing it for comfort. Eventually the seat belt locked up. Had it replaced twice, but the same problem kep recurring after a few days of use. The dealer now refuses to honor the warranty to replace the defective seat belt.
