One problem related to tire tread/belt has been reported for the 1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1999 Oldsmobile Silhouette gl 4 door came with firestone tires. At 27,000 miles the right rear tire separated from the tire walls. I had them changed on 3-10-2000. There was no accident, but the tire was defective. (tiresize: p215/70r15)( dot number: tire size: p215/70r15 ).
