Two problems related to rear seat belt have been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Breeze. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The plastic adjustments on the seat belts have fallen off 2 of the seat belts, therefore, I assume, they are no longer safe to use.
Rear center seat belt is always too loose and has to be reset every time they strap the child in.
