The head gasket leaked oil into the coolant system. Which resulted in damage to the cylinder head, water pumpand hoses. Coolant also leaked from the cylinder head.

2 Coolant Leaking problem

Failure Date: 07/05/2000

The head gaskets have blown out, causing coolant to leak onto the engine. The dealer has been notified.

3 Coolant Leaking problem

Failure Date: 10/19/1999

Engine head gaskets have blown out, causing oil and coolant to leak from the vehicle . Dealer has repaired the vehicle, and the manufacturer has been notified.
