One problem related to vehicle speed control has been reported for the 1997 Plymouth Breeze. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
In cold morning starts when traveling, the rpm reaches very high and the spedometer is not within the same range. Consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer unable to determine the cause of the problem. Rpms are high when first started, after about 2 minutes, the rmps come down.
