One problem related to steering noise has been reported for the 1999 Plymouth Breeze. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The brake made a loud noise when wet or when air hit them. There was also a rattling noise under the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer twice and explained tha teh noise was normal.
